Early Release of Phase 3 Due to Strong Buyer Interest

The Rilington Group recently announced that due to strong buyer interest in Phase 2 at Vallera Palm Springs at Village Traditions, they have released 10 in Phase 3 earlier than planned. Proving these homes are the right price in the right location, five homes were reserved on the weekend of release. Prices range from the high $400,000’s to $505,990.

This community of 52 detached homes in Palm Springs, each with private courtyards, is in the existing gated community of Village Traditions. “Based on overwhelming interest in Phase 2, we chose to release Phase 3 of our beautiful Vallera project. Within three days of release, five of the homes were reserved.” says Mickie Riley, president of The Rilington Group.

“This positive response is a testament to the community's desirability. Buyers are definitely impressed with the product and the close proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Construction of the Phase 3 homes will commence in January and be delivered in spring of 2015. There are limited plans available at Phase 2 pricing and buyers are encouraged to act now to close in January,” Riley adds.

Rilington sold four of the first phase of seven homes, priced from the high $400,000s in just a few weeks from its furnished model opening. It’s the lowest priced new community of detached homes in Palm Springs. In addition, it is the only new home community starting under $500,000 located within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs and all that the city offers, as one of the country’s top resort destinations. 

These three bedroom/three bath homes are offered in three distinct architectural styles including: Spanish Revival, Hacienda and California Ranch. The three two-story floor plans offer comfortable living spaces for today’s lifestyle, ranging from 1848 to 2185 square feet.
