Home Sales at Vallera Palm Springs Exceed National Average

In June, home sales at Vallera Palm Springs at Village Traditions exceeded the national average – with three homes sold. According to Meyers Research, there was a 4.2% rise in new home sales in June, compared to March, with an average 2.23 sales per community, based on Meyers’ Zonda app which tracks top economic and housing data across the country.

"With sales increasing nationally, we are pleased to see Vallera performing above average," notes Kathleen Ahlgren, CEO of The Hemmingway Group, in charge of managing sales for Vallera Palm Springs.
